COVID-19 Update

In light of the recent issues with the COVID-19, we would like to update you about some of the measures we are taking to keep you, our staff and the community safe.

Focus on our cleanliness:

We are still open and we have implemented an increased disinfection policy for all high-touch areas which include door handles, counters, chairs. We have implemented the following :

* Follow a strict hand washing protocol using anti-bacterial liquid before, during and after every treatment
* Use medical-grade disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces and equipment in exam rooms between every Patient
* Sanitize and clean surfaces in our common areas on a regular basis.

In order to enhance a safe environment, we will only take Credit cards, Bank cards or E-transfers as forms of payments over the phone.

Serving you:

We will continue to serve you in many ways. We are open as usual for appointments (pet exams, Vaccinations, Diagnostics, etc.), dentistry, and surgeries.

Food Orders:
We would also encourage the use of MyVetstore for purchases of products and food. We offer up to 3000 items online (toys, food, beds, etc) and free shipping for orders over 50$. We would be happy to assist you if needed in processing your next order.

Medication:

If your pet required medication, we can make arrangements in order to ship it to your home. Contact us by phone (416-245-8805)

Emergencies:
If you have an emergency, come to our clinic right away or contact us so we can help.

Valet Service:
We are offering pet pick up and food delivery to your car. 

Online Consultation Services:
Appointments and Follow-ups can now be done Via Telemedicine (Video Conference, Chat or phone). Call us for more details.

After Hours Pet Nurse services (coming soon):
When are clinic is closed, a highly qualified team of Registered Veterinary Technician will answer phone calls and assess your needs and guide you to your next steps and set an appointment at your convenience.

Finally, if you have traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, we suggest to have a friend or family member bring your pet to our hospital.

We’re continuing to monitor developments closely and are following the guidance of public health authorities. As the situation changes, we’ll change with them and keep you informed.
